Anna graduated from UNCW in 2008 with an International Business Major and Portuguese Minor.
She’s a North Carolina native, but has lived abroad in Brazil and spent five years of her life on a sailboat with her husband, sailing to the Bahamas, then in 2019, they sailed to Portugal and back.
Her professional background before East Coast Lumber is in the furniture industry, where she worked for 13 years, attending the High Point, NC Furniture Market twice a year, meeting people from around the world.
Anna came to East Coast Lumber in 2021 and immediately felt that this was a family oriented workplace, full of positivity and encouragement. Every day she learns something new and enjoys working with such a supportive team.
There is a great work-life balance here, which is vastly important to Anna as her husband and she became new parents in August 2022, welcoming their daughter, Zoë Grace.
When Anna is not in the office, she enjoys sailing, paddle boarding, cooking and being a mommy. She loves being outside and enjoys everything and anything saltwater-related.
By focusing on efficiency through account organization, we can place an emphasis on stronger customer relationships.
